Döhle Corporate and Trust Services Limited (DCTS) is an independent corporate and fiduciary service provider specialising in managing corporate and trust structures on behalf of multinational corporations through to high-net-worth individuals and their professional advisors. DCTS services span over aviation, superyachts, e-gaming, commercial shipping, trust, foundations, corporate and accounting, as well as introducer concept and indirect tax advisory.
Whilst headquartered in the Isle of Man, DCTS also has an office in Malta which provides a range of corporate, yachting and aviation services. DCTS also has very strong ties with a number of the other offices within the Döhle Group located across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
HISTORY
DCTS was established in 2005 as part of wider Döhle Group. It was built on a legacy and reputation, to meet the group’s requirements for corporate services. Since then, it has expanded to serve various sectors while still maintaining a familial atmosphere and trust.
The Döhle Group was founded 1956 in Hamburg, Germany. Döhle is still family-owned with the third generation of the Döhle family now at the helm of the Group. The unrivalled expertise and experience of administering corporate assets developed over decades ensure our clients received the best possible services.
The Döhle Group today operates a fleet of around 500 commercial vessels together with a large number of yachts and aircraft through a diverse range of corporate structures and jurisdictions to suit the needs of our clients. The spectrum of services ranges from corporate, financial, commercial and technical support to insurance services and crew management, liner services and full agency services.
