Meet the team behind the Inspired Precision of DCTS.
Eckhard has many years of experience in corporate administration and has been responsible for setting up and building the licensed corporate and trust service business of DCTS in the Isle of Man.
A Graduate of the University of Kiel in Germany as Diplom-Kaufmann specialising in Finance and Accountancy, he moved to the Isle of Man in 1998 and subsequently became a fully qualified member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners (STEP) and the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA).
Eckhard has a wealth of experience and is an expert in the corporate and maritime fields specialising in structuring assets, especially in the maritime world, providing advice on yacht sales, new build projects and ship finance.
Allister Crossley took up his role as Senior Manager of Aviation at DCTS in September 2015 to develop and promotes the groups aviation services. In March 2020, Allister joined the board of DCTS as Business Development Director.
Allister has spent over twenty years in international corporate services working with Coutts (Isle of Man) Limited, Merrill Lynch Bank and Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited and latterly Appleby where he gained a wide range of experience including; infrastructure companies, property holding and trading structures.
In his last three years at Appleby Allister’s primary focus was on aviation and he managed aviation structures and transactions across various jurisdictions.
Allister is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and hold the ICSA Offshore Certificate.
On taking up his new position Allister said: “This is an exciting role and I am looking forward to the challenge. Döhle has been well known and respected for several years as a provider of professional services for the shipping and yachting industry and our aviation services will very much complement these - my focus will be to ensure that our offerings to the aviation industry will quickly have the same respect and renown”.
Pat joined DCTS in May 2021, prior to this she was a manager in Fiduciary Services at the IOM Financial Services Authority where she had worked since September 2006.
Pat started her working life in Engineering and undertook studies to obtain a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical and Production Engineering.
Pat is a Fellow member of the International Compliance Association and has the International Diploma in Compliance and the International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering. She also has a diploma in Offshore Administration with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) (now The Chartered Governance Institute) and a Diploma in Financial Administration from the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM).
Brian joined the Döhle Group in May 2020 as Financial Controller.
He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds various other finance, insurance and treasury qualifications. Brian came to the Isle of Man in the 1990s to work for one of the big auditing firms. Following his stint in auditing he has worked within the financial services industry on the Isle of Man for over 20 years primarily in insurance and wealth management. Brian is responsible for providing financial control and reporting within Döhle Corporate and Trust Services Limited
Steven joined the Döhle Group in May 2020 as Financial Controller of Commercial Shipping. Steven is primarily responsible for providing management accounting, statutory accounting and analysis.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and prior to joining the Döhle Group, Steven worked for a large American Bank in the UK as a finance analyst proving Business Partnering services across the Company.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his children, riding motorbikes and playing football.
Lee has considerable experience having worked for over twenty years within the offshore sector including the Isle of Man and Guernsey. Lee has managed a corporate and trust service provider and relocation business in the Isle of Man over that period of time and recently commenced his role with DCTS in March 2022.
Andrea joined the Döhle Group in September 2017 and was promoted to Finance Manager of the client accounting team in November 2019.
She is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Prior to joining the Döhle Group, Andrea has worked within the CSP environment on the Isle of Man for over 15 years. Andrea is responsible for providing accounting services across the whole range of clients within Döhle Corporate and Trust Services Limited.
Nicola joined DCTS at the start of 2013 as a corporate administrator. She has a BA degree in Hospitality Management with International Marketing Management. In 2017 she achieved the Certificate level with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Outside of work Nicola enjoys reading, walking and baking.
Susana, originally from Madeira, started her career in the hotel industry. She was the Administrative Director for two Hotel Resorts taking on the role of Company Secretary administering the resorts’ owning companies incorporated in Madeira and in the Isle of Man.
Susana joined Döhle IOM Ltd In November 2003 where she undertook various roles in commercial shipping, marketing and yachting.
In 2006, Susana completed with “distinction” the Diploma in Ship Management - Operational Management, delivered by Lloyds Maritime Academy and in 2010, completed with “merit” the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators’ Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration. In 2010 Döhle Private Clients established Vantage Corporate Services to undertake corporate services for the owning companies of our worldwide clients at which stage she took on the additional role of Compliance Officer. In the same year Susana completed with merit the “Diploma in International Compliance”, delivered by the International Compliance Association and in 2014 she transferred to the group company Döhle Corporate and Trust Services Limited where she’s been supporting the teams ever since.
Susana is well versed in the sale and purchase and day to day administration of superyachts working closely with owners’ project and legal teams and our Captains and has developed a close working relationship with Captains, maritime lawyers, project managers and ship registries.
Susana works on a diverse portfolio of worldwide based clients and administers holding companies with varied interests. Susana is a keen linguist and can communicate in six languages.
Glenn joined Dohle Corporate and Trust Services Limited in January 2023.
He is a professionally qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner and has worked within the global financial services industry from the Isle of Man since 1997. He has held senior positions for some of the world’s leading providers of trust and corporate services and is driven by a desire to deliver exceptional client service and build client relations.
Glenn is vastly experienced, beginning his career learning the basics in a company secretarial role, he progressed to develop his knowledge on multi-jurisdictional, tax efficient wealth management structures in a number of further roles, most recently with a focus on business development.
Outside of work, he enjoys a variety of sports and keeping fit with friends and young family.”
Nonna is originally from Latvia and moved to the Isle of Man in September 2004. She has been working at Corsiom and DCTS since January 2007 and was promoted to Assistant Manager in August 2020.
She has got a Latvian university Bachelor Degree in Social Science and Economics in 2003. In 2010 she achieved the Diploma level with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators with a distinction level.
Nonna has a diverse portfolio of trusts and companies for international clients engaged in property, investments, commercial shipping vessels, yacht / aircraft ownership, intellectual properties and digital currencies.
In her spare time she also enjoys drawing, yoga, swimming, walking, photography and travelling. She is also one of volunteer-mothers for the Manx Scouts group on the Isle of Man.
Antony graduated with a BA (Hons) (Distinction) in International Business Management in 2012. He has spent the last eight years working in variety of financial and administration roles within the banking sector and the offshore companies market here on the Isle of Man, gaining core knowledge and experience in the sectors.
Antony moved to Döhle in May 2017 to provide support to the expanding aviation division and super yachts department. Antony works on a diverse portfolio of clients from all backgrounds across the globe, to provide top of the range services for a bespoke client facility. In July 2018 he completed his STEP qualifications with a distinction. He now looks to further his knowledge into ICSA.
Antony became Assistant Manager in March 2020 and is now providing a wider range of services to all of his clients as well as providing the company with a diverse internal systems role.
Outside of work, Antony is a keen sportsman in his spare time. He is currently the Manx karting champion and enjoys hockey, football, mountain biking, golf and squash among other things.
Katie joined DCTS in August 2022 as an Assistant Manager.
Having begun her career as a junior administrator in 2010 working part time whilst studying for her Business Management degree at the International Business School, she gained vital experience working for a well-established international Corporate Service Provider on the island who was setting up their eGaming department so assisted with the licencing process and day to day management of the Isle of Man licenced gaming companies. Over the space of seven years, having completed her degree and being promoted twice with a departmental move to the Digital and Technologies team, as a Senior Administrator Katie was responsible for managing a variety of HNW client portfolios which included private betting vehicles, an e-cigarette company, intellectual property, and personal companies/ structures across multiple jurisdictions. In 2016, Katie moved to work directly for a UK software licenced gaming company along with managing a private betting syndicate so is well-versed working in high pressured environments whilst making sure regulations are met. For the past three years, Katie decided to expand her industry exposure and was working for a foreign exchange specialist predominantly helping find solutions and manage the relationships for eGaming companies.
Caroline joined the Döhle Group in 2014. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Prior to joining the company, Caroline worked for other Isle of Man based corporate service providers, providing accounting services to a wide range of clients. Caroline primarily works on yachting and aviation clients where she is responsible for management and statutory accounting and cash flow management.
Bruce joined Döhle Corporate and Trust Services Limited in September 2017. He is Canadian from Toronto, Ontario. He has lived on the Isle of Man since January 2001. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has held previous accounting roles in a variety of sectors including Trust and Corporate, Aviation and Shipping. In his spare time he enjoys riding his motorcycle and weekend walks with the family.
Samantha graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies in 2014. Prior to joining the Döhle Group in August 2018, she spent four years in various accounting roles within the telecommunications industry.
Having joined the Döhle Group in 2018, Samantha went on to qualify as an accountant in 2021 and is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
The primary focus of Samantha's responsibilities is to provide accounting and bookkeeping services across Döhle’s diverse client portfolio.
Peter joined DCTS in November 2019. He has been working in the accountancy industry for 10 years where he has gained a wide range of experience working for a variety of businesses.
Peter is a part-qualified accountant and is currently working towards his ACCA qualification.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys travelling, snowboarding, playing piano, and climbing at the local rock climbing centre.
Melissa joined DCTS’ compliance team in July 2021 as a Compliance Administrator.
Having began her career as a qualified Legal Secretary in 2016, gaining experience working for a well-established advocate in the Isle of Man. Melissa moved into the Financial Service sector in 2018, working in the corporate services industry and audit sector managing HNW client portfolios and maintaining their responsibilities under the Isle of Man AML/CFT legislation.
Melissa is an Associate Member of the International Compliance Association and Institute of Legal Secretaries and holds an Advanced AML/CFT Certificate, Certificate in Compliance and Certificate in Advanced Internet Investigation.
Previous to joining the Döhle Group in 2007 Alison’s career started in banking and she then moved into accounting in 2001 with Manx Airlines. Alison primarily looks after the day to day running of the Company’s own accounts and those of Third Party Clients. Outside of work Alison plays the piano and church organ and spends quality time with her husband walking, socialising and holidaying and she is also Commissioner on the Local Authority Board of the Parish in which she lives.
Megan started her career as a Trainee accountant in 2016 where she began her ACCA qualification. After which she moved into the Trust & Company industry in 2018 where she learned to manage her own portfolio of clients, predominantly investment based clients, based both on and off Island.
In September 2020, Megan joined DCTS as a Junior Shipping and Corporate Services Administrator. Megan has recently gained her qualification into the Foundations of Project Management with PRINCE2, and is keen to continue with her professional development.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys walking, swimming and playing the flute.
Sam joined DCTS in November 2019 as an Accounts Administrator and is responsible for providing accounting and bookkeeping services across Döhle’s diverse client portfolio.
In 2023 she qualified as a Certified Accounting Technician. Outside of work Sam enjoys spending time with her family and running.
Ben joined Döhle Corporate and Trust Services Limited in June 2022, previously he has spent the last 5 years working in a mix of finance and admin roles for the Payroll Service industry.
Ben is just starting out in accountancy and is currently working towards the FIA qualification. Currently his goals include furthering studies here at the Döhle group and progressing along the path of ACCA.
In his free time, Ben enjoys playing rugby and spending time with friends and family.
Matthew joined Döhle corporate and trust services in February 2023. He finished his studies at Ballakermeen High school in January.
He’s currently studying towards his ACCA qualification. Whilst in full time education Matthew had a summer job in the administration team of a local trust and corporate service provider.
Outside of work Matthew is a keen footballer playing for a local team and enjoys socialising with his friends and travel.
Morgan left Castle Rushen high school in year 11 to study his A levels at Ballakermeen high school in 2019. Since Morgan was young has been a dedicated worker, at the age of 13 picking up a variety of part-time jobs, As well as attending school and getting his A levels. This has helped Morgan be a dedicated worker, being able to achieve the goals he sets himself, and doing it in an efficient manner.
Morgan moved to Döhle in July 2022 to provide support to the expanding super yachts department. Morgan works on a diverse collection of clients from all experiences across the world, to provide top of the range client services.
Outside of work, Morgan is keen to socialise with friends and spend time with his family; as well as playing and watching some football as his favourite team is Everton, amongst some other activities.
Natasha joined Döhle Corporate and Trust Services in March 2023 as a Payments Administrator. Natasha left school to go into a full-time role within the customer service company she was already working part time for, she has worked in a customer facing role for five years before joining DCTS. From this role Natasha has gained many skills to use in her career such as, great communication, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Outside of work, Natasha enjoys baking, quizzing, and spending time with her friends and family.
Lorraine joined Döhle Corporate and Trust Services Limited in January 2020.
She has worked within the CSP environment on the Isle of Man for 18 years.
Her role is to provide assistance to the administration team.
Outside of work, Lorraine enjoys travelling and hiking.
