Although we have a client type weighted toward a maritime and luxury asset proposition (commercial ships, yachts and business jets) our business has grown and matured to help and advise clients with a very diverse set of needs including commercial property structuring and investment management.

In association with our Isle of Man office we can provide a range of corporate and fiduciary services:

• Set up of a corporate structure in an appropriate onshore or offshore jurisdiction to meet client requirements, including facilitating the transfer of management of an existing company

• Provision of registered office

• Provision of Directors, Secretary and Officers

• Statutory compliance services required by the respective jurisdiction

• Appointment of Nominee Shareholders

• Liaison with banks and financial institutions
